Archive Data Extractor for WinCC runs on your PC and writes CSV files to a folder you choose. It does not send your archive data anywhere. Licenses are checked on your PC and do not need an internet connection.
Your licensee name and company, as given at purchase, are stored in your license file. They are shown in the application and written to its logs.
Orders are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the seller of record and collects your payment details, name, email and billing address. We receive your name, company, email, country and order details so that we can issue your license and provide support. See the provider’s privacy notice for how it uses your data.
We use your email address to send your license and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data.
